Jari-Matti Latvala managed by JML-WRT Oy has bought the entire stock of Printsport Oy From Eero Räikkösays Central Finland.

Printsport, which operates in Laukaa’s Lievestuorea, rents and maintains rally cars, has brought success in the rally championship and world championship series.

In recent years, Printsport has worked closely with the Jyväskylä-based Toyota WRC team. In the future, its operations will be even more closely tied to the top team of the World Rally Championship, which Latvala has led as team manager since 2021.

– It’s already a bit old and since I own this alone, I should at some point look for a professional managing director for it. A company of this size must either expand or continue as a family business where the CEO does whatever he wants. And it’s also a risk for the company if it only has one owner, Räikkönen says to Keskisuomalai.

This year Oliver Solberg was crowned WRC2 class world champion with Printsport’s Toyota Yaris Rally2 car. The same success was achieved last year Sami Pajari. In the next season, Printsport’s Toyota will see someone emerging from the Toyota rally team’s development program Yuki Yamamoto.

According to Keskisuomainen, Räikkönen will continue as CEO, and the old personnel will remain unchanged.

– Nothing practically changes. Of course, when there are more bangs and points of view now, it may be that the operation can also expand, he states to Keskisuomalina.

In 2024, Printsport recorded a turnover of 6.4 million euros and a profit of 208,000 euros was accumulated for the financial year.
