The KNMI has been warning about dense fog in the west, center and northeast of the country since Thursday evening. Code yellow applies to those regions. Due to the fog, visibility can be less than two hundred meters in some places.
Road users are advised to pay extra attention due to the limited visibility. The fog is slowly dissolving again Friday morning.
