KNMI does not have to adjust again after a complaint about ‘unfair competition’

The KNMI does not have to adjust its weather app, the court ruled in summary proceedings. The Dutch Association of weather companies (NVWB) believes that the KNMI unfairly competes with commercial weather apps such as Buienradar and rain alarm and had brought a case against the institute.
