2-0 against Inter Milan – with this result Jürgen Klopp entered the history books of the Champions League. After the triumph in the first leg of the round of 16, the former BVB coach, who was also successful with Dortmund in the “premier class”, is now one of eight coaches who have recorded 50 victories in the competition (since it was introduced in 1992). A former coach even has over 100 successes.

Klopp, meanwhile, was not allowed to follow all wins on the sidelines. Once (a 2-1 draw at Arsenal with BVB in 2013) the former Mainzer missed a game and was suspended. Klopp doesn’t have time to enjoy himself after his anniversary. It goes on and on. The Reds are still represented in four competitions.
