KLM calls on travelers who fly from Schiphol to another destination in Europe and transfer there to take only hand luggage with them. The airline announced this on its website on Thursday.
KLM has decided to do this due to a malfunction in part of the baggage system at Schiphol. “We apologize for the inconvenience,” the airline said.
