In June, Kingsley Coman clearly confessed to FC Bayern. Now, according to a report, the Frenchman is suddenly on the wish list of another club.
Kingsley Coman could still leave FC Bayern in the summer towards Saudi Arabia. The transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano reports that the German record champion has talks with Al-Nassr in this regard. According to Pay TV broadcaster Sky Coman, an offer is already available: the 29-year-old should earn 20 to 25 million euros net per season and receive a contract by 2028. There was initially no official reaction from Bayern or the player.
Al-Nassr is the team of ex-world footballer Cristiano Ronaldo and extremely financially strong. A few days ago, the association already signed Ronaldo’s compatriot João Félix, also in the squad, among other things, the former Liverpool and Bayern professional Sadio Mané. Al-Nassr is said to have targeted Coman as a top transfer destination for the outside.
In June, Coman said at the club World Cup in the United States about Munich: “I would like to stay.” The Frenchman may change his opinion in a lucrative offer.
The 29-year-old is considered one of the top earners on Säbener Straße. A departure with a possibly lavish transfer fee could give Bayern financial scope to look for reinforcements. Most recently, the efforts around Nick Woltemade from VfB Stuttgart had not been successful. Bavaria’s sports director Max Eberl said on Thursday evening after the test against Tottenham Hotspur (4-0) that the topic was “off the table”.
“We are currently very satisfied and very happy with the squad,” added Eberl and then said: “But of course someone comes and says:” I definitely want to leave the club “, then we have to think again again.”
Coman has been playing at Bavaria since 2015 and won in the decade, among other things, nine German championship titles and 2020 the Champions League. In that “royal classes” final under Corona conditions in Lisbon, the Frenchman even scored the decisive goal for the 1-0 win over Paris Saint-Germain.
