King Charles and his wife Camilla have been visiting the United States this week.
Charles was speaking at the Greater Together charity event in New York yesterday, Wednesday. There were several people known from the public such as Lionel Richie, Anna Wintour, Stella McCartney, Ralph Lauren, Katherine Jenkins, Iman and Donatella Versace.
The event presented the cultural importance of Britain in the United States in various fields, such as sports and the arts. The event was organized in collaboration with Charles’ The King’s Trust.
– When we look to the future, I will not see that most distant time. However, I am extremely grateful to you supporters for everything you can do for this vital work. With your help, we can support the next generation and ensure that their talent and ambition will strengthen our society for many years to come,” Charles, 77, said to laughter from the audience.

According to Hov, Charles’ cancer was discovered when the king was being treated for an enlarged prostate. Hovi has said that it is not prostate cancer, but no more detailed information about the cancer has been given.
