His Majesty the King and Prime Minister Schoof will receive President Zelensky of Ukraine on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
The Prime Minister will receive President Zelensky at the Catshuis on Tuesday afternoon for a delegation lunch. Minister Van Weel of Foreign Affairs and Minister Brekelmans of Defense are also present. The meeting will discuss, among other things, the peace talks and our continued support for Ukraine.
The President will then be received in audience by the King at Huis ten Bosch Palace.
Earlier that day, Prime Minister Schoof spoke during an international ministerial conference focusing on the Establishment Treaty for an International Claims Commission for Ukraine. This conference will take place hosted by the Council of Europe and the Netherlands in the World Forum in The Hague. Minister Van Weel of Foreign Affairs is also present.
