Driving Nascar next week Kimi Raikkonen made a seat adjustment for the steering wheel of his new car. The F1 legend traveled to Charlotte to the Trackhouse Racing booth to get to know his racing game.

On the team’s Instagram account, Räikkönen can be seen riding in a new car in overalls and wearing a helmet. Räikkönen’s new Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 car is not completely ready yet, because the chassis is still completely gray without fresh paint or advertisements.

We also got a first look at the “Iceman” helmet. The red helmet reads “Project91”, which refers to the project tuned by Trackhouse, where a bunch of tough motorsport names are trying to get behind the wheel of the new Project91 car. Räikkönen is the first to take up the challenge.

Räikkönen will drive one race in the Nascar Cup series on August 21 at the Watkins Glen track.

Räikkönen ended his handsome F1 career last season with Alfa Romeo. Since then, the man has worked, among other things, as the manager of Kawasaki’s motocross factory team.
