North Korean leader Kim Jong-un wants to have South Korea enshrined in the constitution as ‘public enemy number one’. In a speech in parliament in Pyongyang, Kim said reunification with the southern neighbor was no longer possible. Phrases such as “independence, peaceful reunification and grand national unity” should be banned from the constitution, Kim said.
