The electric vehicle market is still up. Last March, 100% electric tourism registrations grew by 85.4% in Spain, reaching 9,228 units. Among all these brands stands out KIA, who has gained special prominence for his capacity for technological anticipation and for the rhythm with which it expands its zero emissions range.

EV3: Electrification is accessible

Within this strategy of the South Korean manufacturer, which aims to be the referent in terms of electric mobility, highlights the EV3, a compact SUV 4.3 meters in length that replicates the united opposite design of its electric range in a more manageable and affordable format. Aesthetically, it maintains the angular lines and the already recognizable design language of the brand. The result is a Car with presence, aerodynamically efficient (CX of 0.263) and available in up to nine body colors, including exclusive Aventurine and Terracotta. Inside, the EV3 offers a broad cabin for five people and functional solutions designed for day to day. The sliding central console stands out, the numerous landing spaces and a trunk with 460 liters, expanded with a 25 -liter front chest. The driving position is organized around a panoramic screen that combines two 12.3 -inch panels and a third of 5 inches for the air conditioner, thus maintaining a high level of digitalization.

Built on the E-GMP electric modular platform, the EV3 is offered with two battery capabilities: 58.3 and 81.4 kWh, the latter with up to 600 km of autonomy. In both cases, the engine delivers 204 hp and allows to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.5 seconds. As for load, it admits powers up to 128 kW, which allows to pass from 10% to 80% in about 30 minutes. I-PEDAL 3.0 technology allows driving with a single pedal, improving energy recovery in urban environments.

It also incorporates the latest advances in connectivity and driving assistance, with functions such as intelligent route planner, apps with apps such as Spotify or YouTube, digital key access through the mobile and the possibility of sharing it with up to seven people.

EV6: The flag bearer of the new era

The Kia Ev6 was the model with which the Korean brand inaugurated its design language for the new electric era. Designed for those who need space and comfort without giving up electric mobility, KIA EV9 is a large SUV that can be configured with six or seven seats. With 5.01 meters in length and a wheelbase of 3.10 meters, offers a reference habitability and up to 2,393 liters of load capacity with the rear seats dejected.

The experience on board rises with elements such as “relaxation” seats, which can recline and extend the restraint during stops. The infotainment system is based on three screens: one for instrumentation, another for the air conditioner and one more for the multimedia system.
