Khalid & Sophie are embarrassed: ‘Repeats score better!’

The talk show Khalid & Sophie finally gives NPO 1 rising viewing figures. By going with the summer break, the channel sees its early evening scores grow considerably. “Repeats score better!”

It seems that NPO 1 will do exactly the same with Khalid & Sophie as it did with M for years: pulling a dead horse. Despite the severely disappointing viewing figures, presenters Khalid Kasem and Sophie Hilbrand can simply return after the summer on the eve of the country’s most watched channel.

Khalid & Sophie humiliated

The fact that the viewer is not waiting for that at all is once again apparent from the fact that NPO 1 sees its viewing figures increase now that Khalid & Sophie have gone on their summer holidays.

Where the talk show of the BNNVARA duo last week captivated an average of 442 thousand viewers, the successor, a repeat of We Are There, attracted 679 thousand viewers yesterday at the same time. With this, NPO 1 managed to captivate almost 22 percent of all viewers at that time.
