Costner explains according to TMZ That Labella, stunt double by actress Ella Hunt, recorded a scene with actor Roger Ivens in a covered wagon. The two layers next to each other and Labella was completely dressed in a dress up to the ankles with cycling pants underneath.

“There was no nakedness, rape, simulated sex or physical contact between Labella and Ivens,” said Costner. The director also finds it “deeply disappointing” that an employee of the production may try to harm his reputation.
Devyn Labella demands compensation
In her indictment, Labella describes an incident from May 2023 in which she was forced to participate in a rape scene without an intimacy coordinator. She demands compensation because she felt humiliated during the scene.
