Katy Perry on “The Lifetimes Tour” 2025: tickets, dates, advance booking

Katy Perry is going on “The Lifetimes Tour” in 2025 – also with concerts in Germany. The pop star can be seen live in Cologne and Berlin in October next year.

From Christian pop to “I Kissed a Girl”

Over 70 million albums sold, dozens of platinum awards and more than 115 billion streams – Katy Perry’s career is a success story. But initially the US singer got off to a pretty good start: on her first album, back then as Katy Hudson, she even made Christian pop music.

Her breakthrough came in 2008 with the not-so-pious hit “I Kissed a Girl,” which reached the top of the charts in numerous countries. Several number one albums followed, including “One of the Boys” and “Teenage Dream”. The latter gave her a special record: after Michael Jackson, she was only the second person to have five singles from a single album reach the top of the US charts.

The 40-year-old launched her new album “143” in September with tracks like “Woman’s World” and “I’m His, He’s Mine” with rapper Doechii – the SMS number code for “I Love You”. She is now on a world tour with her new music, with two dates in Germany.

Bumpy release of “143”

The singer came under criticism several times following the release of her new album. The music video for “Woman’s World” was particularly polarizing with its over-sexualized depictions and stereotypes. Although the 39-year-old explained that the video was intended to be satirical, this explanation did not convince many. Perry got into legal trouble after it was revealed that her music video for the single “Lifetimes” was filmed in a nature reserve in the Balearic Islands without the required filming permit. The Spanish authorities then opened an investigation against Katy Perry and her team.
