At the end of the year, the Bayern women won against Leverkusen. But they had to deal with an injury.

Bayern Munich will be without Austrian international Katharina Naschenweng in the coming weeks. The 28-year-old injured her left foot in the 3-0 win against Bayer Leverkusen. The club announced that she will be out for “several weeks” due to a partial rupture of the lateral ligament.

The second half of the Bundesliga begins for Bayern Women on January 25th with a home game against RB Leipzig. After 14 games they lead the table by six points over VfL Wolfsburg.
