On Saturday, March 15th, Kanye West released a new song on X, on which not only the rapper himself, but also his daughter North West and the Sean “Diddy” Combs, which are currently currently imprisoned because of allegations of sexual abuse. West’s ex-wife and mother of North, Kim Kardashian, is said to have taken legal action in this regard.
The song “Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine” begins with a voice recording that sounds like a conversation between the two rappers. Combs presumably says: “I would like to thank you so much for taking care of my children, man. Nobody took care of them, nobody called them.” Then you hear YE’s voice: “In any case, I love you so much, man. You raised me. Even when I didn’t know you, you know what I mean?” Later in the track, North West raps, among other things: “If you see me shine, then you will see the light.” Diddy’s son Christian “King” Combs and singer Jasmine Williams can also be heard.

Kim Kardashian does not seem to agree with the release of the track. According to “Daily Mail”, the reality star is said to have tried to prevent the publication in advance. Now she continues with her legal team. There is no concrete information on what the legal steps could bring alongside the prevention of further parts of the song.
Even before the X-Post appeared to “Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine” by Ye, Kanye West posted an alleged screenshot of an exchange of text between him and his ex-wife. Kardashian therefore said that she has the brand and name rights of the daughter’s rights. She also asked him to “stop” the track release and informed him about her legal steps that were initiated. According to the screenshot, she wanted to “protect” North.
“You will have to kill me”
West’s answer in the chat was aggressive. He allegedly wrote: “Let it go to war. And none of us will recover from the public effects. You will have to kill me.” In the meantime, the X-Post has been deleted again.
