The head of Chechnya shared footage of the assault on the Azovstal plant in Mariupol by Chechen fighters. On the video you can see the identification of enemy firing positions using a quadrocopter, as well as the detection of a sniper

Chechen military personnel are “actively storming” the Azovstal metallurgical plant in Mariupol, informed on Telegram the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov and published assault video.

“Our guys are actively storming the Azovstal metallurgical plant, where the remnants of the militants of the national battalions have found shelter at the moment,” Kadyrov said, adding that soldiers of the Hero of Russia Akhmat Kadyrov Special Purpose Police Regiment, led by Lieutenant Colonel Zamid Chalayev, are participating in the assault.

He said that on the video you can see the inspection of the territory by a tactical quadrocopter, followed by the identification of enemy firing positions. Also in the video there is footage of a sniper being found on the roof of one of the buildings, who “made a doomed attempt to escape.” The Chechen fighters, as Kadyrov emphasized, “with lightning speed” completed the task of eliminating the target.

The head of Chechnya noted that the losses among the personnel were minimized, “which cannot be said about the Nazis, Bandera and shaitans.” According to him, “the ranks of Ukrainian servicemen are rapidly thinning out.”

“Mopping up facilities are going on as usual. Temporary difficulties arise in residential areas where civilians are still hiding. Fortunately, thanks to the prompt actions of the security forces, it is possible to eliminate the enemy, preventing civilian casualties,” Kadyrov said.
