Juve, Rabiot at United: there is no agreement, stop the Paredes deal

There is no agreement between Manchester United and Adrien Rabiot. The Red Devils and Rabiot’s entourage, represented by the mother-agent Veronique, had made an appointment for today for a new contact after leaving Friday on possible but distant positions: 9 million the player’s request, while the offer of the United starts from 6.5 million on a fixed basis to reach 8 with bonuses. But neither side seemed willing to take a further step closer and that’s what today’s update photographed: the player’s demand is too high for the British, who according to the British press would have turned their attention to Casemiro.

A perplexity posed by mother Veronique would also be linked to the fact that Rabiot would not play the Champions League in Manchester. However, not an absolute preliminary, nothing that cannot be resolved otherwise: on the other hand, the player has expressed an interest in leaving Turin and the Red Devils need in the department. This does not mean that the front is permanently closed: every day is good to resume the discussions in case of availability to review one’s positions. But the fact that times are not tightening, on the contrary, is a problem for Juventus, which thus finds itself with the market blocked in midfield: the Lady, who has an agreement with United for a sale of Rabiot around 17-18 million, can proceed to start negotiations with the PSG for the arrival of Leandro Paredes (request of 20 million) only after the sale of the Frenchman or alternatively of Arthur, on which, however, there are currently no hot tracks. For this reason, the discussions on the Turin-Paris axis have not yet come to life.
