Pop artist Justin Bieber performed on Tuesday, August 9, in Kaisaniemi park in Helsinki.

Now the video of the concert, which has spread around the world, has caused a stir on social media. In the video, Bieber marches back and forth across the stage with his hand in the upper hand and Mickey in his hand. Bieber’s gestures have been interpreted as reminiscent of the Nazi salute and a military march. Bieber has also used his gestures in previous concerts.

The case is currently being hotly debated on social media platforms such as Twitter. Among other things, the Council of European Rabbis strongly condemns Bieber’s gestures.

– The famous singer decided to perform the Sieg Heil salute, which embodies the ideology of the Nazi party, and at the same time slapped millions of Jews around the world in the face, the chairman of the European rabbis, rabbi Pinchas Goldschmidt comment.

Bieber will perform in Tel Aviv, Israel on October 13. Goldschmidt is now demanding the cancellation of Bieber’s concert in Israel, but the company organizing the concert has decided to stand behind Bieber. The company’s representative commented on the case for The Times of Israel saying it’s just a dance move.

– Everything is not always about us Jews, the representative adds.

This is not the first time that Bieber has been accused of similar themes. In 2015, Bieber was sued over his security guard’s anti-Semitic comments.

In 2013, Bieber was publicly criticized for writing a Holocaust victim Anne Frank’s in the guestbook of the museum building that he wished that Anne Frank had been a Belieber (fan of Justin Bieber).
