The jury for the assize trial on the terrorist attacks of March 22, 2016 cannot be assembled on October 10. The session that was scheduled for that day will therefore not take place. This is reported by the press judge of the Brussels Court of Appeal. The decision comes after the FPS Justice informed assize chairman Massart on Wednesday evening that it was impossible to have the requested adjustments to the accused box ready before October 10.
