Jurgen Klopp has been nominated for Europe’s Coach of the Year. No German player among the best European professionals.
In addition to Jürgen Klopp from Champions League-Finalists Liverpool FC Carlo Ancelotti (Real Madrid) and Pep Guardiola (Manchester City) are the nominees for the European Coach of the Year award.
Real Madrid’s Karim Benzema and Thibaut Courtois as well as former Bundesliga pro Kevin De Bruyne can hope for the European Footballer of the Year award. German players or Bundesliga professionals, on the other hand, are not among the three nominees for the award on August 25 in Istanbul, which the European Football Union announced on Friday (08/12/2022).
Lewandowski without a chance for the title
