Klopp surprises with a visit to France

Jürgen Klopp is visiting the stadium. On Saturday in France – at a club that belongs to the Red Bull empire.
Jürgen Klopp has been Head of Global Soccer at Red Bull since the beginning of January. Since then he has been traveling a lot. On Friday evening he was a guest at the EHC Red Bull Munich ice hockey game, and a day later he went on a surprise visit to France.
Klopp attended the game between second division team Paris FC and Amiens SC (1-0). The Parisian club is leader in the second division and is also part of the Red Bull empire. When he arrived at the stadium, Klopp was greeted by club president and co-owner Antoine Arnault.
After Klopp’s new role in the Red Bull cosmos was announced, Arnault said: “I have spoken to Klopp several times. He is very, very excited to work with us.” And further: “Paris probably has the largest talent pool in the world, only Sao Paulo can keep up. Red Bull’s revolutionary data tools will help us a lot in scouting.”
They want to set up Paris FC in such a way “that it advances into the ranks of the top clubs and establishes itself there in order to then hopefully reach European places on a regular basis.” Arnault has a lot to do with Red Bull and Jürgen Klopp.
