Judges cancel the appointment of independent arbitrator Trump: justice may examine seized documents

An appeals court on Thursday overturned the appointment of an independent arbitrator (special master) for former President Donald Trump. That clears the way for the US Justice Department after more than two months to investigate the documents seized during the search at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in August.
