A Dutch Claim Foundation that hunts millions of euros from Airbnb has had a setback to be processed. The Court of Appeal in The Hague ruled on appeal that a court in Ireland should judge the case that the Massaschade & Claim Foundation was on alleged incorrect mediation costs that the rental platform charges.
