Jotky! Toni Rajala knocked Tappara out of the CHL

Tampere Tappara, the reigning champion of the CHL, will not play in the Euroleague playoffs this season.

Jytky was confirmed late on Tuesday evening, when Petri Matikainen coached by the Swiss team Biel-Bienne beat the team from Tampere on their home field 6–3 and advanced to the next round.

Tappara conceded two underpowered goals in the game.
