Josef Cerny keeps Mauri Vansevenant from overall victory in Slovakia

The fourth and final stage, 182.1 kilometers from Levoca to Kosice, was won by 23-year-old Dutchman Jasper Haest (VolkerWessels). After a long flight, he crossed the finish line hand in hand with his compatriot and teammate Peter Schulting.

The Dane Michael Morkov won the sprint of the peloton for third place thirteen seconds later. Neoprof Haest recorded his first victory. For Cerny, who succeeds Peter Sagan on the honors list, it is the tenth professional victory, the second this season. In March he won a stage in the Coppi e Bartali International Cycling Week.
