This summer, a relationship counselor has been making fun of people other than native Satakunta people online.
Actor Joonas Nordman is himself surprised by how popular his Luukkone character with his boisterous jabs has become.
– Of course I knew that the Pori relationship counselor would be fun and good, but I didn’t guess how big a phenomenon it would become outside of Pori, Nordman, who was born in Pori, laughs.
Not everyone may know that the Pori Relationship Counselor has a real role model, Pori Mayor Aino-Maija Luukkonen.
Something about the popularity of Nordman’s Pori relations advisor is that, thanks to it, a new city manager is currently being sought for Pori to replace Luukkonen, who is retiring.
– Just boldly apply there, at least you know you will be the victim of my next campaign, Nordman laughs.
He himself reportedly does not intend to apply for the position of mayor, even though being a citizen is close to his heart.
– Now there is so much work on the calendar that I don’t have time, maybe next time, the man mumbles.

Nordman’s own show continues in the fall. The humorous discussion program again deals with the most interesting phenomena and the most talked about topics. Celebrity guests arriving at the studio also get to throw themselves into various games and challenges.
– Many guests get to surprise. It’s great if I don’t know a person from before, and they turn out to be really funny or charming, says Nordman.
If possible, he meets his guests in advance.
– When a guest comes to the studio, we are already on the same map about what we are talking about. Of course, the story is allowed to run wild, but my program is not meant to surprise or torture the guest. A successful program results from successful preparation, says Nordman.
The man’s autumn is also hectic with the filming of a new movie.
