Thomas van Groningen, presenter of News of the Day, was recently in Gert Verhulst’s Flemish talk show, where he tried to get the blood out of Marc-Marie Huijbregts’ nails. It was a nice broadcast, he reflects. “Gert Verhulst is a great example for me, yes. We should have him at VI one day.”
That blonde
A good idea, Wilfred Genee responds in the column In The Walkways. “Yes, but Johan is not a fan of his. I am also a fan of his. He sometimes comes to BNR and you can say anything to him.”
For example, you can also make jokes about his affairs with the ladies of K3, according to the presenter. “If you say: ‘What was it like with that red one?’, he says: ‘I have to be honest: the blonde was just a little nicer!’ You can just ask him that, you know!
