Johan Derksen emphasizes that Minouche van der Gijp has nothing to say, but also at all about today’s guest list inside. He just holds on to Wierd Duk. “He is protected.”
It is quite embarrassing that René van der Gijp apparently does not have the courage to rightly point his wife Minouche van der Gijp. She has made it clear on Instagram that she believes that ‘Inhumane Madklapper’ Wierd Duk has to leave today Inside, but to get involved in this way with your husband’s TV show is of course very cheeky.
“It’s sensitive”
Wilfred Genee Moffelt the Rel Around Minouche skillfully gone and is silent in VI, but Johan Derksen gets there in the podcast Greetings from Grolloo did ask. “Minouche van der Gijp does not want Wierd Duk in the program. Why is that and what does she interfere with?” Asks Podcasthost Romke Hoogstra.
Johan then says: “Yes, that is sensitive. I didn’t look up, because René is not so enthusiastic about Wierd. Not that he hates Wierd, but he finds his input a bit heavy in terms of subjects, but I think you can treat one night of that kind of topics.”
“They talk at home”
René, who has solved his wedding crisis with Minouche by not going to VI on Wednesday, gets his wife on his roof at home, Johan said. “Of course there is talk about it at home and Minouche is very active on social media and he has a very strong opinion about what is happening in Israel and Gaza.”
“I totally agree with that, with her opinion, only look: Wierd thinks about some things differently, but in a talk show that is nice, because then you get discussion and she has embarrassed René somewhat by demanding that Wierd would be thrown out of that program and that of course does not happen.”
Bit painful
Minouche is really not about VI’s guest policy, Johan emphasizes. “That is a bit painful, but, like every adult Dutchman, she has the full right to put her political vision on social media, but I don’t know if it is wise to do that as a woman of someone sitting at this table.”
What does René think of that boldness of his wife? “René does not comment on that, but René is of course used to her behavior on social media. She is following everything from Gaza all day on social media and she is very critical of it. She has the right, only I would not have involved the program in her position.”
Opposite
All in all, Johan finds it a stupid action. “She has achieved the opposite, because by throwing this into the publicity and the noise that comes from it, you get that Wierd now has a protected status with the program. We can never put Wierd out, because the whole of the Netherlands then thinks that Minouche van der Gijp can determine who’s at the table.”
Minouche calls the spicy things about others himself, but now threatens to do reports like people. “Yes, but that is inexperience. Look, Social Media is the drain of society and whatever opinion you ventilate, then you get insults thrown to your head, threats. That is the order of the day, but we are used to it, isn’t it?”
For a long time dead
According to Johan, Minouche is a bit like a bit. “If I list the number of insults and death threats, I would have been dead for a long time, but she was very shocked and that is a bit naive. This is the normal course of events. You can’t find it normally, but it just happens.”
“She was not used to: I give an opinion about public figures and that is only my opinion. No, then it will start only. In terms of content, I agree one hundred percent with her, but I don’t think it is wise that she has done that because her husband is sitting there and also earns the living there,” he concludes.
