Ex-hockey player Jere Karalahten the detention case will be heard again in the Helsinki district court on Thursday.

The processing started around 11:30. Karalahti did not appear at the district court, but participated in the proceedings via video connection.

Karalahti was imprisoned on October 2nd on probable cause, suspected of a serious drug crime. Karalahti denies having committed any crimes.

The detention case can be processed again when two weeks have passed since the previous processing. On Thursday, the district court will assess whether there are still conditions for imprisonment.
