Janne Raninen’s and Mercedes’ baby was named – Burnt hems in the christening dress

Rap artist Mercedes and entrepreneur-writer Janne Raninen recently celebrated their baby girl’s christening. The couple’s first child together was born in October.

Mercedes, by real name Linda-Maria Raninenhas published pictures of baptisms on his Instagram account. In the pictures, the baby is dressed in a white christening dress, the hems of which are partially burnt. Mercedes tells the story of the baptism dress in her update.

– The dress passed down in the family survived the fire in my grandmother’s house in 1997, and was therefore also an important symbol of strength.

At the same time, he reveals the name of their daughter.

– Bella Jasmin. The name has a story that we might tell at some point, and the name means a beautiful gift from God. That’s what Bella really is and I’m so grateful for how much she’s loved.

– Dear Bella, you can always look around and realize that you will never be alone or without love. Mom loves you more than anything, he writes to his daughter.

The couple got married in 2022. During their relationship, Raninen spent five years in prison. Raninen has received sentences for two murders. The man was released from prison in March 2021. In October, it was reported that Rani is accused of assaulting a woman, which would have happened in June 2022.

Mercedes said in the 2022 release Love(WSOY) that he has experienced a lot of prejudice because of his relationship.

– Janne and I’s relationship has been called a prison relationship. Many people think that one should not love a person who has killed people. Anger has come more towards me than towards Janne. People have said it’s wrongly loved by me. Not even Janne was wrongfully murdered. It is worrying that love arouses the hatred of outsiders, he recalled in the book.

Janne already has a child who was born during her imprisonment.
