The sports clothing provider Jako AG presented its new partnership with the German School Sports Foundation (DSSS) on Tuesday.
As part of the agreement, Jako has been the official supplier of the DSSS since January 1 and now play “a central role in the equipment of the volunteers, officials and teams, among other things in the nationwide school sports competition youth trained for Olympia & Paralympics,” says one Notice.
The focus of the partnership, which runs until the end of 2028, is “the common goal of promoting the team spirit among young people,” said the company. “Both Jako and the DSSS share the conviction that sport conveys important values such as respect, fairness and team spirit and creates emotional moments that shape young people.”

According to the company, youth is trained for the Olympics & Paralympics of the “largest school sports competition in the world”. Jako will now provide “team collections for the equipment of the volunteers and officials at the federal final events in Berlin and at the winter finals”.
Tobias Röschl, who is responsible for the Jako board for the marketing & sales department, paid tribute to the collaboration. “Sport is integrative and connects people across all social borders. It is a central part of the development of children and adolescents and conveys essential skills such as teamwork, determination and fairness, ”he said in a statement. “At Jako we feel committed to this mission and are pleased to enter into a strong partnership with the German School Sports Foundation to further promote sport in Germany.”
