Mikel Landa, Romain Bardet and Richard Carapaz They have fought in the last kilometers for the stage victory. Finally the Australian Jay Hindley who has captured the escapees, has taken the victory in a sprint made up of six cyclists. Landa had to settle for fourth position.
Juanpe López maintains the lead
For its part, Juanpe Lopez has been able to keep the Pink Maglia after a great effort in the last kilometers. The Trek-Segafredo cyclist finished the stage in 15th position, 1’45” behind Hindley. Along with López and Landa, two other Spanish cyclists also played a leading role: Alexander Valverde finished the stage in ninth place, while Pello Bilbao he has done it in the 12th position.
