From their experience as teachers, how do they adapt language teaching to the different learning styles and times of each professional?
The entry of each student to Italian360 requires planning and organization with the entire team to structure what their learning path will be. Based on what was commented by the student in a first encounter with Agus, we define from what level leave and what are the first needs to meet. As we always say, we define the “body”, being a personalized program we cannot know in advance that difficulties will present the student during the process, so the accompaniment to solve what is necessary is essential. In addition, typical issues of each profession may occur, for example, with some of our students we have made simulations of work interviews, we have helped them update their CV OA to make translations of their own portfolio in Italian.
What type of methodologies and technological resources do you use in your classes?
We work with a hybrid methodology that allows students to optimize times. Some activities such as grammar exercises, text writing, the study of vocabulary and pronunciation, the student can advance them at any time of their week and deliver them for due correction, having our platform available where all the contents and materials find. We work with 1: 1 meetings so that the student can solve their doubts and practice oral expression, with native professors graduated in Italian-Spanish translation. Each of our students has a schedule made to measure from the first day, so that it can be organized to advance the contents and thus study time flexibility.
Also when they enter Italian360, we give access to our community in Discord, with all the students who are studying with us. We organize group conversation meetings so that they can meet and practice conversation between them.
What is the profile of professionals who choose this learning method?
The professions of our students vary widely: engineers in systems, architects, lawyers and many more. In recent times, we have helped many professionals from the field of health (doctors, psychologists, nurses), given the shortage of these professions in the Italian territory.
