A suitably hot pizza is created when you fill it with pepperons and NDJA paste.

Pizza does not need to fill like tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperons and ndja paste. Remember not to fill the pizza too much. There are only a few fillings in Italy.

When you take the pizza out of the oven – it was yourself made or frozen pizza – finish it with running honey. Fiery fillings and sweet honey are an irresistible combination. This gimmick would not have come to my mind right away, but it will make it even better for your pizza.

Test self -made tomato sauce. Roni

Tomato sauce

400 g of jar tomatoes or crushed

10 g of olive oil

0-6 g salt (to your liking)

(Basil torn)

1-2 pieces of garlic clove (crushed)

1. Pour the canned T on Tomato in the container and carefully crush them by hand. Add olive oil and salt.

2. Add the crushed garlic nails to the tomatoes, and a handful of torn basil leaves if desired. Stir by hand, not with a hand blender.

3. Allow the sauce to season in the refrigerator. Remove the whole garlic nails before putting the sauce over the pizza.

1. Put the tomato sauce over the pizza.

2. Add the complained of mozzarella pieces, pepperons and more spoonfuls of ndja paste. Bake the pizza.

3. Drain honey over the ripe pizza.
