“Don’t throw away your Christmas tree, eat it.” The Ghent city council made a very striking proposal now that the holidays are behind us. So special that the Federal Food Agency decided to intervene: “Too dangerous, don’t do it.” But how did that idea come about in Ghent? We searched and found the inventors.
