Nutella’s cheesecake

100 g of digestive biscuits
1 tsp (400 g) hazelnut-cocoa algae (eg Nutella)
600 g of unflavoured cream cheese
1. Heat the oven to 140 degrees. Strain the baking paper into the bottom of a 15 cm diameter loaf pan.
2. Crush the biscuits and stir 2 tablespoons of hazelnut-cocoa in the biscuit crumb. Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of the pan.
3. Mix the cream cheese and 2 dl of hazelnut-cocoa. Pour the mixture into the pan and spoon the rest of the hazelnut-cocoa spread.
4. Use a knife to make patterns on the surface of the cake. Bake the cake in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes. Then turn the oven off and leave the cake in the aftermath for 20 minutes.
5. Cool to room temperature and simmer in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. Remove from the year and transfer to a serving plate.
