De Vreese points to the Arizona Government Agreement that definitively records the recognition of the medical helicopter structures and insists that the minister will pay the federal allowance as quickly as possible. Last year the MUG-Heli received some 900 calls, dozens of human lives were saved by a quick intervention. It is mainly the province and local authorities that finance the heli, but there is a shortage every year.
