Full focus on the Bundesliga! After the victory on Tuesday in Chemnitz (76:70), Alba Berlin will play the last Euroleague game of the season against Asvel Villeurbanne (7 p.m., MB-Arena) on Thursday – and probably on a gentle cycle.

The duel against the French could become a test match, for both teams it’s about nothing anymore. Much more important: Due to the elimination of the Euro games, Alba has more breather again – important in the race for the Bundesliga lead against Bonn.

Most recently, Alba manager Marco Baldi (60) complained: “The schedule is currently on the limit. Some players can hardly walk.” Now the situation is easing again.

The end of the high stress allows the Albatrosses to fully focus on the championship to defend!
