After her fiercely criticized guest roll in Five Live – Irene Moors played Angela de Jong who was crushed by a studio lamp – never received a call from Linda de Mol.
There was a lot of fuss about it three years ago: Linda de Mol was then on the tube with a failed series about the TV world, entitled Five Live, in which she had a look-a-like by Angela de Jong an accident on a talk show table. It was conceived by many people as a kind of revenge, because at the time Linda was grazed by Angela.
Lamp on head
Irene Moors was the woman who played Angela. Afterwards she was never called by Linda for another roll, for example in Gooische Women, which is still successful.
The former presenter tells the desk of Shownieuws: “No, I never sat in it. I have had a very small roll in Take Five (she means Five Live, ed.) As you know: the TV reviewer. I got a lamp on my head, well, of course everything was going on and they thought it was all about it.”
Short
Story boss Guido den Attrekker still remembers that. “That was a short role.”
Irene confirms: “Yes, that was very short. No, that’s it. But Gooische Women, Boys, that’s great fun.”
Guido: “Would you like it? The lines are very short here.”
“Do you want it?”
Irene would like it pretty much, but it was not asked. “Would you like it? Well, if there is something that is fun and suits me, that is of course fantastic and an enormous honor, but I find it even more fun to look at.”
In any case, she is looking forward to the new season of Gooische Vrouwen. “I am really looking forward to it. I also like those girls and all the characters they put down.”
