In Iran, a Belgian and two Frenchmen have been charged with espionage and working against the country’s national security. A spokesman for the judiciary has reported this, the news channel ‘al Arabiya’ says. The Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs says it only knows about a compatriot who was convicted in Iran at the end of 2022.
