Investigators opened a criminal case after the death of a family of five in a fire in a residential building in the city of Sharya, Kostroma region, informs press service of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
“A criminal case has been initiated on the basis of a crime under Part 3 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code (Causing death by negligence of two or more persons), ”the UK said.
