Based on the court psychiatrist’s report, the public prosecutor’s office asked the council chamber to intern the suspect. That is why the defense tried in vain to dismiss the prosecution. B. remains free under conditions pending the first session of the Chamber for the Protection of Society (KBM), which must judge the implementation of the measure.
