The club welcomed the short track champion on the Meazza lawn: three medals, one gold and two silver, in the last Olympics
After the beautiful adventure of Milan-Cortina, Ariadne Fountain she returned to San Siro to proudly show her three medals, won in the winter edition of the Olympic Games, to those who share her Nerazzurri faith.
Lots of applause for the most medal-winning champion ever who won a gold and two silvers in the short track, the first in the 2,000 meters and the other two in the individual 500 meters and in the women’s 3,000 meters relay.
The Nerazzurri club welcomed her on the pitch Meazza(and Francesco Toldo was with her) where the inauguration ceremony of the Olympics was celebrated, and the fans gave her a long round of applause. Javier Zanettivice-president of Inter gave her the Nerazzurri shirt with the number 14. The number of medals won in total in her career.
The company posts on social media to pay homage to the athlete. “The Italian athlete with the most Olympic medals is Nerazzurri. Congratulations, Arianna Fontana”the club wrote.
