The goals that brought Inter the victory were scored by Kristjan Asllani in the 30th minute and Alexis Sanchez in the 38th minute. Genoa’s only goal came from Johan Vasquez in the 54th minute.
With this result, leader Inter, who won for the ninth time in a row, reached 72 points and increased the point difference between it and its closest rival Juventus to 15. Genoa remained at 33 points.
