A motorist and a passenger were injured this morning in an accident on the Bonnerveen near Gieterveen.
The car in which the two were driving, for unknown reasons, skidded and ended up on its side against a tree. One of the occupants suffered minor injuries and was quickly removed from the car. A second occupant was more difficult to free. Both were taken to hospital with unknown injuries
An air ambulance and the fire brigade rushed out to provide support after the accident.
