Influencer Asil fled her house in Wijk and Aalburg after a stone was thrown through her bedroom. The Algemeen Dagblad (AD) reports this. The 26-year-old woman caused a lot of fuss last week. In a video she called on ‘alawites in mootjes and throwing it in the sea so that the fish do not starve.’ The police arrested her home for online hate speech and discrimination.
The video in which she evoked to eradicate the religious minority in her home country of Syria was viewed millions of times. The controversial video has since been taken offline.
