Incident with entrenched man in Stavele ends well

The police were present in Stavele on Monday afternoon to solve the incident. The public prosecutor does not provide much information about the case. Well this: “the police are on site to talk to the man to come out, or to get the man from his home. The communication is limited to this message.”

Mayor Liefooghe van Alveringem confirms the incident and also informs our editors that the police action has been successful. The man entered into a conversation with the police. It is not clear why he entrenched himself. The Stavele primary school is also located near the house.
