Kaj, who finished fourth in the Eurovision Song Contest, rose to Ruisrock’s beach stage on Friday.
Previously, they have been in Ruisrock in the role of the viewer.
– I wouldn’t have thought we would be, sometimes here at a gig. Now that all this has happened, this is like a new world that has opened up to us, Kaj Axel Åhman told Iltalehti with a meadow on a backpacker before getting to the stage.

– So I took care of our gig sales before. When I woke up after Mello’s semi, my phone had exploded, until then I took care of our gigs. Then I called that we need help now, thank you.
The smaller gigs changed from one -off to province, Ruisrock and other giant stages.
Kaj has also appeared on the Allsång På Skansen program and on Sweden National Day for the royal.

The most special experience for Kaj has been the helicopter flight between gigs.
– Its landing site Vöyr was my own field! So a field where I have done all the field work as a farmer’s son. It was a really weird thing, Axel says.
Kaj has also spent a lot of time in Sweden. In their opinion, Finns could have something to learn from Sweden.
– We are usually asked in Sweden what Swedes should learn from Finland. This is more difficult, Axel and Kevin say.
Axel brings up the food culture, then another thing comes to mind.
– Swedes have a slightly more positive attitude. That is, they always believe they will find a solution. And they have a slightly better self -confidence than Finns, Axel says.

The gig itself went smoothly, as you expect. The audience thirsted for, of course Bara Bada Bastu hit.
– Yes, we play a sauna song, but it will take another hour, Kaj Jakob Norrgård entertained the audience.
During the other songs, the audience was involved, but of course not with the same intensity as the “sauna song”. It all knew it.
