Images of wildly urinating Theo Francken (N-VA) go viral: “I am only human”

Images have surfaced on social media of Theo Francken (N-VA), apparently drunk, urinating in a planter on the streets of Brussels. These are images from a year ago, Francken says in a response to our editors. “I don’t want to justify it, but I’m only human.”
